Malted Oat Bread

Haferflockenmischbrot
A dense, moist, malted wheat & rye bread with oats, linseeds, lupin seeds, sunflower seeds, pea, and wheat bran. This dark, sticky bread goes particularly well with a strong cheese, or a generous spread of unsalted butter.
